External wall seepage repair
The stain on the ceiling is not the leak. We find the entry on the elevation and close it.
Monsoon rain finds failed sealant, hairline cracks and porous render. On a condo or tower the entry is often storeys above the stain. Rope access lets us stand on that bay, test the joint, and treat the cause — PU injection, resealant, coating — without wrapping the block in scaffold.
Completed systems carry a 1–10 year warranty depending on method and substrate.
