Our story
The outside of a Singapore building is a workplace.
Monsoon, UV, occupied floors, a council that needs a file. Most contractors treat that workplace as a problem of height. We treat it as a problem of method: who is on the line, what they can see, and what the building can keep when we leave.
Skyline Rope Tech is a certified rope-access contractor. Every technician on your elevation holds a rope-access ticket. A Level 3 supervisor owns the rescue plan before anyone leaves the roof. We are not a training school — certification is how the crew is qualified, not a course we sell.

A ceiling mark is a symptom. We stand on the bay, test the joint and write what the water is actually doing before anyone quotes a coating.

Quick answers
Do you train the public in rope access?
No. Skyline Rope Tech only works for building owners, MCSTs and facilities managers. Certification is how the crew is qualified, not a course we sell.
Is rope access cheaper than scaffolding?
For survey, reseal, local repair, glass, signage and most coating scopes, yes — there is no scaffold to hire, build or strike. Full-elevation paint on a simple face can still favour a BMU or scaffold; we say so in the method.
Can you do BCA Periodic Façade Inspection?
Yes. We supply rope access and the close-up photographic record the Competent Person needs. We do not replace the PE. The same crew can stay for rectification.
Do you warranty the work?
Completed systems carry a 1–10 year warranty depending on method and substrate. The length is written into the handover, not a headline.
